CamWest sells 14 luxury homes
BELLEVUE — CamWest has sold 14 homes at the Belvedere, a luxury community in Bellevue, in the last two months.
CamWest, a Toll Brothers company, is building 81 houses on 36 acres in the Cougar Mountain area. The lots average one third of an acre, starting at 4,000 square feet. Houses will have up to seven bedrooms, and five and a half baths, and will be priced between $900,000 and $1.3 million.
