Tectura leases space in Bellevue

By JOURNAL STAFF

BELLEVUE — KBS Realty Advisors of Newport Beach, Calif., said it has signed a 14,693-square-foot lease with Tectura Corp. in Ridgewood Corporate Square in Bellevue.

Tectura is a business consulting firm. It will move from another space in Bellevue to the first floor of Building E. Kip Durrell of Cushman & Wakefield in Seattle represented the tenant and Scott Davis with CBRE in Bellevue represented KBS.
