Dunn will expand Capitol Hill building
SEATTLE — Developer Liz Dunn is getting to work on a new office, retail and residential project at 1424 11th Ave. on Capitol Hill.
The project will incorporate an older two-story building that would be significantly expanded. Plans call for 32,000 square feet of commercial space, plus three residential units on the top of the building.
