Vulcan, Forest City picked as finalists for Yesler Terrace

Two teams — Vulcan Real Estate/Capitol Hill Housing and Forest City Enterprises/Jonathan Rose Cos. — are finalists for redeveloping the 30-acre Yesler Terrace property on First Hill near Harborview.

Michelle Ackermann, spokeswoman for Seattle Housing Authority, said three teams responded to the SHA's request for proposals and Vulcan and Forest City were shortlisted.
