Idaho construction worker sells restored sheep wagons for as much as $30,000

Tom Hale shows off a sheep wagon he renovated using recycled mahogany and other materials. Hale has been renovating wagons for the past 10 years and has completed 20. They range in price from $2,000 to $30,000. He extends the bows to make more headroom and extends the wagon box to install a queen-sized bed.

KETCHUM, Idaho — When Tom Hale agrees to restore an old-fashioned sheep wagon, he has agreed to restore a piece of western history.
