71 units proposed near Alaska Junction

SEATTLE — Kevin Krout of BCK Investments LLC said he hopes to break ground next October on a 71-unit apartment building near Alaska Junction in West Seattle.

The site address is 4433 42nd Ave. S.W. Two houses and a triplex would be demolished.
