Pfohl

Tim Pfohl is the new president of Seattle-based Phillips Real Estate Services. Pfohl was with the company's Community Association Group, a property management division specializing in homeowners association and condominium association services. He was chairman of the company's management committee. Pfohl is a graduate of the University of Washington and worked in business management before coming to Phillips. Phillips has more than 50 employees and manages 400 properties around the region.
