Jonas Sylvester has been named chief investment officer and Ned Carner has been promoted to vice president of investments in Unico Properties' Seattle office. Unico also promoted Brian Pearce from general manager of the Portland portfolio to senior vice president of property management and market leader in Portland. Sylvester was senior vice president of investment and development. Carner was director of investments. Unico was founded in 1953 in Seattle. It owns and operates more than 13 million square feet of office properties, medical office buildings and housing in the western United States.
