Mountlake Terrace releases FEIS

MOUNTLAKE TERRACE — A final environmental impact statement has been issued for the freeway/tourist zoning district, a commercial area in Mountlake Terrace. The district is on the east side of Interstate 5, north of 244th Street Southwest and south of 236th Street Southwest.

The report analyzes future development that would be allowed under special regulations such as environmental/energy codes or the transfer of development rights. The city recently adopted a TDR program.
