Kirkland units sold for $72.2M
KIRKLAND — The Guardian Life Insurance Co. of America bought the Avalon Juanita Village apartments for $72.2 million or $342,180 per unit, property records show.
Entities related to AvalonBay Communities and MassMutual Life Insurance are listed as the sellers for the complex at 9740 N.E. 119th Way in the Juanita Beach neighborhood. The complex is a block away from Juanita Beach Park.
