Another Vulcan tower for South Lake Union?

Vulcan Real Estate has submitted a proposal to the city to build a 12-story office tower in South Lake Union.

The building would be on half a block on the west side of Ninth Avenue North between Thomas and Harrison streets. According to city records, the building would total 301,679 square feet, with underground parking for 421 cars.
