SRO, Rockefeller to put 3 towers on Bellevue block
The Rockefeller Group of New York and Sterling Realty Organization of Bellevue announced today they will build approximately 2.4 million square feet of commercial property in downtown Bellevue.
The 5.5-acre site is at Northeast Eighth Street and 106th Avenue Northeast. A midblock pedestrian corridor is the southern boundary and the Symetra Building is on the east.
