Urban Renaissance buys Oregon offices

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — Seattle-based Urban Renaissance Group LLC bought the Five Centerpointe building in Lake Oswego, Ore., for $19.8 million, or $172 per square foot.

The five-story office building in the Kruse Way submarket has 113,910 square feet.
