Apartment sales here topped $2.7B in 2012

  • In December alone, investors spent $556 million on apartments in King, Snohomish and Pierce counties.

    Apartments sales last year went out with a bang.

    Dupre + Scott Apartment Advisors reports investors spent $556 million on apartments in King, Snohomish and Pierce counties in the month of December, the most in a single month since September of 2005 when they spent $616 million in a sales bonanza.
