Eight-story building for Hunters Capital

SEATTLE — Seattle real estate firm Hunters Capital is planning to build an eight-story mixed-use building on the southeast corner of East Pike Street and Summit Avenue on Capitol Hill, according to city records.

The site at 501 E. Pike St. contains a two-story 1925 commercial building that would be partially demolished. The exterior would be incorporated into the new project.
