Goodman plans 25 Ballard units

SEATTLE — A four-story, 25-unit apartment building has been proposed for a site at 8026 15th Ave. N.W. in Ballard.

The Goodman Real Estate proposal includes a street-level live-work unit and parking for 14 vehicles. A small commercial building would be demolished.
