Troubled Sumner golf course may become warehouse district

By JOURNAL STAFF

A golf course that has cost the city of Sumner millions of dollars is up for sale.

The Sumner City Council voted this week to select Colliers International brokers Bill Condon, Matt McGregor and Arvin VanderVeen to market the Sumner Meadows Golf Links at 14802 Eight St. E., an area zoned for industrial use.
