T.J. Maxx coming to Kress Building

SEATTLE — City records show off-price retailer T.J. Maxx is seeking permits to build out space in the Kress Building at Third Avenue and Pike Street in downtown Seattle.

Plans indicate that Maxx will remodel the second floor and parts of the basement and first floor at a cost of $1.32 million.
