IDS plans to start 2 Kent Valley warehouses
IDS Real Estate Group and Clarion Partners will begin construction this spring on nearly 450,000 square feet of warehouse and office space, the first phase of a 72-acre industrial project in the Kent Valley.
The companies will build two warehouses without a tenant in place. The complex is called the Stryker Business Center at Pacific Gateway, and could have as much as 1.5 million square feet of industrial and commercial space when it is completed.
