Schnitzer sells tech buildings for $26M
BOTHELL — An entity managed by Stan Rosen, principal at Rosen-Harbottle Commercial Real Estate, bought seven office buildings from Schnitzer West, property records show.
The entity, Marymoor Warehouse Associates LLC, paid $25.8 million for the offices at the North Creek campus, east of Interstate 405 in Bothell. The sale includes six adjacent buildings with a combined 126,000 square feet.
