Housing rebounds in Wenatchee

OLYMPIA — Wenatchee is one of seven Washington housing markets showing marked upticks in house prices, employment and new building activity.

The others are Bellingham, Kennewick, Longview, Seattle, Spokane and Yakima, according to the National Association of Home Builders/First American Improving Markets Index.
