City may keep Cascade out of the SLU rezone

Height limits for the area shown in red may stay at 75 feet for residential buildings and 55 feet for commercial buildings. The area shown in gray could be raised to 85 feet.

The Seattle City Council is still considering a rezone for South Lake Union to allow taller buildings, but the nearby Cascade neighborhood may mostly stay the same.
