Plans for Uptown Kidd Valley site

SEATTLE — A Detroit-area developer has filed an application with the city to build a 16,300-square-foot retail building at the southwest corner of Queen Anne Avenue North and West Mercer Street in the Uptown neighborhood.

The site houses a Kidd Valley restaurant, a retail building with a payday-loan store, and a parking lot.
