Amli proposes 184 units in Wallingford

SEATTLE — Amli Residential is making plans to develop a four-story, 184-unit apartment building on the former Avtech Corp. site at 3400 Wallingford Ave. N.

A 31,400-square-foot manufacturing building and a dilapidated multifamily structure on the 1.3-arce site would be demolished.
