Vulcan, city table talk of Block 59 proposal

A proposed land-for-upzoning deal between the city and Vulcan Real Estate is on the ropes.

The Seattle City Council has decided to table discussion of an agreement that would have enabled Vulcan to build three residential towers up to 240 feet on the south side of Valley Street, across from Lake Union Park.
