Unico pays $37.5M for downtown sites

SEATTLE — Unico Properties bought two downtown properties from the Mack family of Connecticut for $37.5 million, property records show.

Unico paid $28.24 for the Logan building, at 500 Union St. It paid $9.25 million for the South Arcade retail site at the base of a condo complex built in 1985. The primary tenant there is Pike Brewing Co.
