Schnitzer West alters office tower design
SEATTLE — Schnitzer West is modifying its plans for an 750,000-square-foot office tower at 505 Madison St. in downtown Seattle.
The developer filed an application with the city seeking to change the number of stories from 38 to 36, and to add 3,000 square feet to its footprint. The building would also have more retail.
