Woodinville units sold for $30M

WOODINVILLE — Walter C. Bowen of BPM Real Estate Group LLC, a Portland-based owner and manager of apartments and assisted living facilities, bought the Chateau Woods apartments in Woodinville for $29.92 million or $263,157 per unit, property records show.

An entity related to Pacific Urban Residential of Palo Alto, Calif., sold the 114-unit complex at 18250 142nd Ave. N.E.
