90 units planned for 12th & Pike

SEATTLE — Plans by Investco Financial Corp. for a new apartment building at 1200 E. Pike St. on Capitol Hill are taking shape.

The real estate firm wants to build a six-story structure with 90 units and 4,000 square feet of retail. Underground parking for 38 vehicles is also planned.
