Auburn site to get mixed-use building
AUBURN — Auburn Mayor Pete Lewis said Landmark Development will build a six-story, mixed-use building on the site of the former Cavanaugh Ace Hardware store in downtown Auburn.
In an announcement before his state-of-the-city speech earlier this week, Lewis said the property purchase will close on March 11.
