Scanlan opening office in Seattle

SEATTLE — Portland-based private equity firm Scanlan Kemper Bard Cos. is opening a Seattle office.

The company hired Jeff Taylor to serve as executive vice president and run the new office. He has more than 25 years of experience at regional and national companies including Schnitzer West, Metzler North America and VMS Realty Partners.
