Vulcan keeps options open on prime sites

  • Vulcan has submited placeholder applications for small buildings on three prime blocks, but will revise the permits after a vote on the rezone.

    Vulcan applied to build mini warehouses on the sites shown in red because it had to submit an application before March 13, or risk the city buying the land back.

    Vulcan Real Estate has applied for permits to develop three blocks near Lake Union Park, but not for the 240-foot residential towers that got everyone talking about the South Lake Union rezone.
