City council votes to lend $5M for garage

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — The City Council voted to allow a $5 million interfund loan to support the Pacific Place Garage, which has been in the red for several years.

The loan comes after a $4 million loan that expired at the end of last year. The loan will cover the cost of running the garage in 2013 and 2014.
