Burien tells Harbor to sell land to Legacy

BURIEN — The Burien City Council Monday directed Harbor Urban to sell several undeveloped properties slated to be part of the Burien Town Square project to Legacy Partners.

When Urban Partners of Los Angeles bought the land in 2005 it agreed to develop two phases of the project. Urban, before its merger with Harbor Properties, completed the first phase, 124 condos in 2009, and it was supposed to begin construction on the second phase two years later.
