EUGENE, Ore. (AP) — A major housing and retail redevelopment project on county-owned property in downtown Eugene would cost $67 million and has gotten an initial go-ahead from the Lane County commissioners.
It calls for 170 market-rate apartments, 64 publicly subsidized apartments for low-income renters, a movie theater, grocery store, restaurants and retail space, the Eugene Register-Guard reported Wednesday.
