Sound Transit sells first piece of TOD land in Rainier Valley

Construction will begin soon on the Mount Baker Lofts. Sound Transit is selling the land to Artspace for $1.52 million.

Sound Transit officially closed the book on its first transit oriented development land sale in the Rainier Valley.
