Seattle condo supply is at ‘historic low'
SEATTLE — The supply of new and previously owned condominiums for sale downtown is at its lowest level in more than a decade, and is down 95 percent from five years ago, according to a report by Realogics Sotheby's International Realty.
The research finds 120 units for sale today, compared with an estimated 2,500 units during the inventory peak in early 2008.
