MacFarlane plans 78 more SLU units

SEATTLE — San Francisco developer and real estate investment manager MacFarlane Partners is planning a second apartment project in Seattle.

The firm wants to build a seven-story, 78-unit building at the northwest corner of Westlake Avenue North and John Street in South Lake Union.
