Seco plans 41 units at 13th & E. Olive

SEATTLE — Seco Development has filed plans with the city to build a four-story, 41-unit apartment building at 1312 E. Olive St. on Capitol Hill.

The site, on the north side the block between 13th and 14th avenues, is home to a 12,000-square-foot church building and parking lot. The property was acquired an entity associated with Seco Development in 2008.
