Daly buys Dexter site for modular housing

Daly Partners bought a site near Lake Union where Unico had once planned to build a modular housing project it called Inhabit. The Inhabit units were on display here in 2007.

Back in 2007 Unico Properties made a splash when it announced it wanted to construct several apartment buildings in Seattle and Portland using modular components.
