Capstone calls its Redmond project a third ‘urban core'

The 28-acre site will be home to 1.1 million square feet of office space, 1,400 residential units with retail space and nearly 300 hotel rooms.

Capstone Partners says it will help create a third “urban core” on the Eastside with a new mega project in Redmond that will have more than 3 million square feet of office, retail, housing and hotel rooms.
