Amazon continues on a spree of leasing

  • It's taking 150,000 square feet in 1800 Ninth, and is rumored to be taking 136,000 square feet in Met Park North.

    Amazon.com kept gobbling up South Lake Union space in the first quarter of the year, leaving little for anyone else.

    Kidder Mathews brokerage reports that Amazon is taking 150,000 square feet in 1800 Ninth, a building owned by Talon Private Capital, and it is rumored to be leasing 136,000 square feet in Metropolitan Park North at 1220 Howell St.
