Seabrook developer has plans for Chelan

By JOURNAL STAFF

Casey Roloff, the developer behind the Seabrook master-planned community on the Washington coast near the town of Pacific Beach, is looking to build a similar development in Chelan.

Seabrook Land Co. announced plans to build the Lookout on an 83-acre site on Lake Chelan. The site is just off West Manson Highway, one mile northwest of downtown Chelan.
