Pallis buys 57 acres in Frederickson for $6M

  • Barclays North spent more than $13 million putting in the utilities and infrastructure, so the land is ready for retail development.

    Bellevue-based Pallis Properties bought 57 acres of land in the Pierce County town of Frederickson for $5.9 million.

    Pallis has focused on developing retail complexes in smaller cities. It bought the land on the northwest corner of Canyon Road East and 176th Street East from a consortium of banks.
