Unico buys $32.5M waterfront building

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — Property records show Unico Properties bought a six-story building at 51 University St. for $32.5 million.

The seller is Equity Residential of Chicago. Equity bought the building from Goodman Real Estate in 2011 for $11.75 million.
