SEATTLE — SEATTLE — An entity related to Houston-based Weingarten Realty Investors bought the Queen Anne Marketplace, a shopping center anchored by a Metropolitan Market store at 600 First Ave. N. on Lower Queen Anne.

Property records show the seller is the Benaroya Cos.
