Cornish eyes 19-story student housing tower

Cornish College of the Arts is considering building an 18- or 19-story tower with 238 units of student housing at 2025 Terry Ave., kitty corner from its campus.

Karen Bystrom, director of communications at Cornish College, said the school currently leases two old motels in the Denny Triangle from Clise Properties for student housing. This is the fourth year of a 10-year lease.
