SEED hires property manager

SouthEast Effective Development, an affordable housing and arts nonprofit that focuses on Southeast Seattle, hired Everett-based Coast Real Estate Services to manage seven SEED properties in the region: Oregon Place apartments, Lilac Lodge, Charlestown apartments, Columbia Hotel apartments, 3904 Martin Luther King Jr. Way apartments, Nuuanu Pali apartments and Claremont apartments. Coast manages approximately 10,000 apartments and more than 5 million square feet of retail and office space.
