Zack Goodwin joined NBS Financial Services in Seattle as a financial analyst, working on the loan origination team to secure capital from life insurance companies, conduits, REITs and pension funds. He was an associate financial representative with Northwestern Mutual Wealth Management and has experience in commercial real estate brokerage at Coldwell Banker Tomlinson in Spokane. He also did research for a local investment group that specialized in U.S. multifamily acquisitions. Goodwin is a licensed real estate broker in Washington.
