Impact Capital

Impact Capital, a Seattle-based nonprofit involved in development and affordable housing, hired Chris Moxon as senior program officer for lending. Moxon will manage the loan portfolio and help develop new programs. Moxon has worked in the nonprofit development field for more than 15 years. He spent the last three years at Global Partnerships, which provides microloans to people and businesses in Latin America.
